Rifts: Chronicles Of Kingsdale is set, not surprisingly, in the city of Kingsdale. Our story begins/has begun immediatly after the Juicer Uprising. As of this time, all information in World Book #10 for Kingsdale (Pages 100 to 110) is current. Due to Palladium copyright rules we cannot re-print this information. It strongly reccomended that everyone who is going to play at length on Rifts: CoK either get ahold of this book for themselves or at the very least borrow it from someone and give those 10 pages a detailed going
over.
Staff and players are naturally available to answer specific
questions, but 'tell me all about Kingsdale' is a very broad question.
So what do I do if I don't have Rifts: Juicer Uprising and can't get ahold of it?
Don't panic. Play your character as being /brand new/ to Kingsdale and you'll do fine. He/She/It can learn right along with you. The most important thing to understand is that Kingsdale is a regional oasis for technology and juicer/bionic enhancement. It is a fairly large city of about 110,000 people and has all of the things that one would expect. It is surrounded by wilderness for the most part, except the small town of Laramy which is a short distance away. Nearby is the city of Whykin, which is currently being propositioned by the Coalition States as a prospective member.
